DadaTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Orion Dijital Pazarlama ve Kozmetik LTD ŞTİ ("we", "us"), registered in Türkiye, covering your use of the Dada mobile app and this website. By using Dada, you accept them.
1. Who may use Dada
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and set up a family. A child's device may join a family only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that device and for explaining to the child what is shared.
You may only add a person to your family, or install Dada on a device, when you have the right to do so. Using Dada to follow an adult without their knowledge is prohibited and may be a criminal offence where you live.
2. What Dada is — and what it is not
Dada shares approximate device locations between people who have agreed to share them. It is a convenience and awareness tool.
Dada is not an emergency service and must not be relied on as one. Location accuracy depends on the device, its permissions, its battery, the mobile network and satellite conditions. A position can be delayed, inaccurate or missing entirely. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- install Dada on a device belonging to someone who has not agreed to it;
- use Dada to harass, stalk, threaten or control another person;
- attempt to access data belonging to families you are not part of;
- interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the service;
- use the service in breach of any law that applies to you.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Free features and subscription
Core safety features — live location, SOS, family chat and check-ins, ringing a device, battery indicators and two saved places — are free and we intend to keep them free.
Dada Premium unlocks additional features such as extended location history, unlimited places, live stream mode, evening summaries, drive reports and screen time. One subscription covers the whole family.
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, not by us.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Changes to the service
We improve Dada continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Dada running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, app store policies, device manufacturers' battery restrictions and other factors outside our control can interrupt it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a location being unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Dada and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
